I was in a pinch and needed the stuff I ordered pretty quick, so I opted to pay a bit more. The products showed up just like I asked and right on schedule. They were packed nicely, and I’d totally suggest them.

This is an amazing set of must-have tools and various items combined as a wonderful present for my wife who loves flower arranging. I'd suggest this to anyone starting out in floral design. The delivery was top-notch, showing up right on time within a few days.

I had to send the item back using Evri. The address provided by Evri didn’t match up with Oasis's address. I reached out to Oasis a couple of times to confirm I was sending it to the right spot. No response. I went ahead and mailed it, fingers crossed it gets to the right location.

I purchased some items for my mom's funeral. There was a slight delay in getting them delivered, but I had ordered ahead of time and got daily updates about where my stuff was. When they finally arrived, everything was packed up really well, both outside and inside. I can't recommend this company enough; they really eased my stress and helped me save a good chunk of change, which we could use for other parts of the funeral.

This company is just fantastic in every aspect. I placed an order for one item priced at just 12.99. Oasis was super quick and shipped it right away. Unfortunately, DPD dropped the ball and held onto my package for over a week, never even attempting to deliver it, and then sent it back to Oasis claiming I had returned it. Once the item got back to Oasis, a customer service rep reached out to me personally to figure out what went wrong with my order. I shared my experience, and Oasis was genuinely apologetic about the situation. They promptly sent my item out again with a different courier, and I received it within 24 hours. They even refunded my shipping costs! I got my item this morning, and it’s absolutely gorgeous—top-notch quality! I’m thrilled and definitely plan to shop here regularly. Oasis really went the extra mile; even though my order wasn’t a big deal, it was clear they care about every customer. Huge thanks to Oasis and their wonderful customer service team! I got myself a wooden pedestal display. It fit just right for my little angel or cherub crafted from wrought iron, which was quite heavy, but the pedestal held up well despite that. The wood colors were all unique, adding to the display's charm and creativity.

I had an issue with the DPD delivery, so I reached out to customer support. They likely assumed the package had already arrived. To my surprise, I received a quick reply, got my delivery fee back, and they assured me they’d get in touch with DPD. They even offered to send out another item if it didn’t show up. Luckily, it arrived the very next day. Truly excellent, warm, and personalized service!
